Digital video and internet connectivity have certainly come a long way in the last five years. These improvements have brought video production and publishing to anyone interested in sharing their story with the online community. Affordable equipment, editing software and a publishing vehicle are all readily available now. I love the technolgy and the limitless creativity it offers. Herein you will find a collection of "personal" story media that I hope you will find informative and enjoyable. If you have comments, questions or suggestions please feel free to share them with me. Jeannie and I enjoy mountain biking, dirt biking, hiking, skiing, climbing and exploring new areas. Most of the videos cover these activities with some extra content thrown in.

All the streaming videos below have been produced in HD. File sizes range from several hundred megabytes to over two gigabytes depending on the run time. As legacy skiers, we join the yuppies and junk up the slopes at Deer Valley for a 2nd ski season. We didn't move forward socially but as skiers we progressed a little bit. A great season overall.

Mining history is very interesting. As time goes by many places get plundered, removed or destroyed. We were lucky enough to explore an interesting one.

We spent 4 months in Montrose, CO exploring area roads, back woods trails and the San Juan Mountains just outside of Ouray. Part II continues the dual sport motorcycle riding in the San Juan Mountains of SW Colorado. We found some out of the way single track trails to explore. We even ride a slot canyon.

Our first season of winter 09/10 finds us chopping at the slopes in Utah from Dec 5 through early April. Share the sights with us as we chip away at skiing technique. Part I shows access, transport, info and skiing.

Our Utah skiing adventures continue in Part II from the Carpenter Express chair lift and beyond. We had a nice time and moved forward as skiers just a little bit this season. Looking forward to doing it again.

09/10 Deer Valley Last Day

We worked on moguls and turning for 4 months. More practice is needed to improve control and form on steeper slopes. But we moved forward with technique on the blue runs. Watch this video to see how we did.
